Warden's Townhouse

The brief was to comprehensively refurbish the entire house, including the exterior and interior, and extend the loft to create an additional floor with an informal living room and an integrated roof terrace, which sits behind a dummy mansard roof with dormer window because of planning restrictions.
It was key to restore the property's original Victorian features as much as possible. Additionally, several alterations had to be made to the floor layouts throughout the property.
